Blue Access Plan 2 (20% coinsurance)

Blue Access(sm) is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) health coverage product that can be tailored to meet your needs. There are three different product designs, each with several different deductible levels to help you get the right combination of benefits and monthly premium. Best of all, each plan is backed by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield name, the one you can trust for all of your health coverage needs.

Lumenos HSA Plan 1 (0% coinsurance)

This plan combines a tax-advantaged member-funded Health Saving Account with a qualified high deductible health plan (HDHP).

Blue Access Economy (30% coinsurance)

Your health care needs aren’t the same as your neighbor’s. That’s why our Blue Access(sm) Economy PPO plan offers a range of deductible levels – so you can find the protection that works for you, and the ones you love.

Lumenos HIA Plan 1 (0% coinsurance)

This plan provides traditional health coverage and Health Incentive Account funded by specified dollar incentives members can earn if they use certain tool and services to improve and maintain their health.

Blue Short Term

If you are temporarily without health coverage, Blue Short Term plan is an affordable plan designed to protect you from unexpected health issues for a short period of time (one to six months).
